IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital
Families at the Farmers Market Program
IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital has partnered with several area organizations to offer a special program designed to provide an opportunity for families to learn and practice ways to incorporate fresh produce into mealtimes.
Experts from IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, Minnetrista and the YMCA of Muncie provide valuable information, tips and techniques for a healthy lifestyle.
As part of the educational program, participating families receive a limited number of IU Health Bucks to purchase a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables such as corn, green beans, radishes, cucumbers, squash and more. The IU Health Bucks are also redeemable through participating farms and vendors at Minnetrista, Spangler Farms and other locations in Delaware County.
